DPR Construction
This project in Corte Madera, CA had the issue of an unknown substance staining a Bluestone walkway on an outdoor 3rd floor terrace. Belsyn Consultants were contacted as the final effort to remove the displeasing stains before replacing the stones completely. We were successful in removing the stains by mechanical means, one of the methods we utilize, and save the customer the cost of replacing the stones.

This High End Los Altos Hills, California project was plagued with extensive iron oxidation or rust appearing throughout the 10,000 sqft installation. Belsyn Consultants were contracted to determine the best option besides costly reinstallation. Our established 3 step rust mitigation process was determined to be the best option. We successfully aided the contractors and avoided the total replacement of the Natural Stones.
RH -Restoration Hardware
This Yountville project suffered from extensive grease buildup on the Bluestone floor of its dining area. Belsyn Consultants were contracted to degrease the delicate stone to return it to its original state. Using a floor rotary machine and Belsyn’s highly effective yet safe

Santa Rosa, California Project required a different approach than is common. The homeowner requested that the stone remain unsealed.This meant that the final step of our 3 step rust mitigation system would be bypassed.

Rust on these stone took over this front yard walkway and patio; the pool area and back patio. Belsyn Consultants were brought in after many failed attempts by stone care contractors. We advised and developed a process to remove the rust and restored this project.
